Joint security forces launched a combing operation in al-Waqf orchards in Diyala Governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “joint security forces began combing the orchards, the largest agricultural basin, northeast of Baquba.”
He added that the operation was launched from two axes aimed at re-combing agricultural roads between villages, securing the banks of the Diyala River, and security redeployment in important axes in order to end any activity of ISIS cells in al-Waqf orchards.
