The Southern Operations Authority of the Oil Pipelines Company announced today, Tuesday, the resumption of unloading and loading operations for fuel tanks from the refinery in Shuaiba.
The Director of the Authority, Sadiq Jiyad Ziyarah, mentioned in a press statement that the loading and unloading operations have resumed after they were stopped today due to the presence of a sit-in in front of the authority’s gate, indicating that there is negotiation with the sit-in employees, and the loading process has now resumed and will continue until the distribution of all rations scheduled for this day.
Ziyarah stressed that the work of the alternates and employees continues and that they will not withdraw from the authority’s headquarters until they complete their work.
The employees of the South Refineries Company demonstrated today, and announced their sit-in in front of the gate of the Southern Operations Authority in the Pipelines Company until the cancellation of the clause of imposing financial taxes on derivatives sold to the Refineries Company.
