The Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, and the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Qais al-Muhammadawi, arrived in Kirkuk, at the head of a large security delegation.

They were received by the Kirkuk Operations Commander, Lieutenant General Jabbar Naima Al-Taie.
