Kuwait city: The Supreme Committee for the Investigation of Kuwaiti Citizenship convened on Thursday under the leadership of First Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah. The meeting focused on reviewing cases related to Kuwaiti citizenship.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement detailing the committee’s decision to revoke Kuwaiti citizenship in several cases. The decision is based on issues such as dual citizenship, forgery, fraud, obtaining documents through false affiliation, and actions conflicting with the state’s supreme interests. The cases have been forwarded to the cabinet for further action.
