PARIS– France on Friday stressed its firm position regarding Iran’s dossier, and its abidance by the implementation of the nuclear deal by all parties, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The statement affirmed that Iran should fully comply with UN Security Council Resolution 2231, and that the issue be addressed within a firm and productive dialogue.
In this context, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian will soon visit Iran, according to the statement.
It noted that France “aims to calm tensions in order to reach a solution to all crises in the region.
