The local government in Babylon announced that the 15th Babylon International Festival will start on the 28th of this month, and will last for five days.”

The Governor of Babylon Hassan Mandeel said: “The festival will witness various artistic and theatrical performances, with the participation of a number of Arab and foreign groups, and Arab artists such as Nawal Al-Zoghbi, Hani Shaker and Shams Al-Kuwaiti, in addition to Iraqi artists such as Hatem Al-Iraqi, Hussam Al-Rassam and Rahma, in addition to plastic exhibitions and for books.”
