According to Kuwait News Agency, in 1975, the foundation of the Ministry of Housing marked a strategic move to cooperate with the Public Authority for Housing Welfare. This initiative aimed to facilitate the construction of homes and distribution of residential plots to Kuwaiti families, addressing the housing needs of its citizens.
