Kuwait City: Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on Thursday received a letter from Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, emphasizing the importance of the relationship between Iran and the Kingdom.

According to Kuwait News Agency, this development occurred during a meeting where the Iranian leader welcomed the visiting Saudi Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman. The meeting underscored the significance of Iranian-Saudi relations, which Khamenei described as beneficial for both nations. He further urged countries in the region to support each other instead of depending on external forces.

The Saudi minister remarked that his visit to Iran was aimed at broadening bilateral relations and cooperation across multiple domains. He expressed hope that engaging in constructive dialogue would lead to stronger ties between the two countries.
