BEIRUT: The latest series of Israeli air strikes on Lebanon has resulted in the deaths of 26 people and injuries to 35 others, according to the local ministry of health. The strikes have intensified tensions in the region, with casualties reported from different parts of the country.
According to Kuwait News Agency, three individuals lost their lives in an Israeli air strike on Aley, a location southeast of Beirut, during the night. The attack targeted an apartment and also left five people wounded, as confirmed by a statement from the ministry.
In addition, ten individuals died and 26 were injured in multiple air strikes on towns and villages in eastern Lebanon. The country has been experiencing daily attacks by Israel since September 23, resulting in numerous fatalities and injuries.
