Amman: Jordanian Interior Minister Mazin Al-Farrayeh emphasized the importance of collaboration and exchange of expertise with the Kuwaiti interior ministry. He highlighted that such a step is crucial for boosting efficiency and achieving digital transformation in the public service department.

According to Kuwait News Agency, a ministry statement detailed the visit by Minister Al-Farrayeh to the General Directorate for Citizenship and Travel Documents earlier on Sunday. During the visit, Al-Farrayeh was briefed on the process for renewing passports through the ministry’s official website. He also observed the passport delivery and collection devices, the method for adding a newborn, and issuing certificates through the government’s e-services application, Sahel. The visit included a visual presentation outlining the latest developments and services provided by the department.
