First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, and Acting Minister of Defense Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on Friday praised the deep and well-established relations between Kuwait and the United States of America and their permanent and joint cooperation at all levels, especially concerning the military aspects.

Sheikh Talal’s remarks came in a press statement issued by the Ministry of Defense after he received in his office today the commander of the US Central Command, Lieutenant General Michael Corella, and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his official visit to the country.

During the meeting, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled and Corella addressed topics of common interest and latest developments at the regional and international levels.
