Kuwait Airways and Rolls-Royce Collaborate to Enhance Aircraft Operational Efficiency

Kuwait City: Kuwait’s national carrier, Kuwait Airways, and the UK’s Rolls-Royce PLC Holding Group have reached an agreement to enhance the airline’s aircraft engine system, focusing on improving operational efficiency. This partnership aligns with Kuwait Airways’ strategy to adapt to changes in the global aviation market, as stated by the airline’s chairman, Abdulmohsen Al-Fagaan, following discussions between the two parties.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the collaboration is part of Kuwait Airways’ strategic goals, which have the support of the country’s political leadership. The initiative marks a step towards greater cooperation between the Kuwaiti national carrier and the British engineering firm, Rolls-Royce. The airline routinely engages in such initiatives to enhance the quality of its aircraft fleet, ultimately benefiting its customers with increased convenience during flights.

Ewen McDonald, the chief customer officer of Rolls-Royce PLC Holding Group, emphasized the strong relationship between the two companies, noting that Kuwait Airways is one of their most trusted business partners. The joint efforts are aimed at strengthening Kuwait Airways’ aircraft system, leading to more durable and efficient operations.
