The Amir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable on Wednesday to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the 1973 October War victory.
His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables.
