His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations on Thursday to Cindy Kiro, Governor-General of New Zealand, on the occasion of her inauguration as Governor-General and taking the constitutional oath.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a similar cable to Kiro. His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also sent a cable of congratulations to Kiro.
