— His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has addressed Saturday a cable to Chairperson of Sudan’s Transitional Military Council (TMC), Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman Burhan, expressing congratulations on his country’s national day.

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabahal sent cables of identical content to the Sudanese leader.
