His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable to Russian President Vladimir Putin, expressing condolences over a fire occurring in a mine in Siberia.
His Highness the Amir expressed sorrow over the victims of the fire and wished for the swift recovery of those injured in the incident.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah sent similar cables.
