KUWAIT CITY: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah extended his congratulations to Kenya, sending a cable to President William Samoei Ruto in honor of the country’s National Day.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the message from the Amir included well wishes for President Ruto’s health and wellness. Additionally, His Highness expressed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Kenya and its people.
