Kuwait Cabinet approved direct air flights to UK

The Cabinet decided on Monday to stage direct air flight to the United Kingdom as of Sunday (June 13) with adherence to health precautions against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The Cabinet tasked the Directorate General of Civil Aviation to organize the direct flights to the UK (Kuwait-London-Kuwait) at a rate of one per week for each airways company, according to a statement posted by the Government Communication Center on Twitter.

It was also decided to reopen museums and cultural institutions and facilities starting Sunday, provided involved people and personnel adhere to the anti-covid measures.
