His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah addressed Thursday a cable of congratulations to the President of Democratic Republic of Congo Felix Tshisekedi, on his country’s national day.
In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince wished the President and his people more progress and welfare.
