His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday cables of congratulations to high-school overachievers who performed phenomenally during the school year.
His Highness the Crown Prince commended the students in all high-school educational facilities for their hard work and determination, saying that it was paramount to continue to gain academic excellence and experience, which would hopefully be of use during their future careers.
