Kuwait Deputy FM, Ukraine Mideast envoy discuss ties

Kuwait’s Deputy Foreign Minister received a phone call on Monday from Ukraine’s Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa Maxim Sobh, discussing bilateral relations.
