Kuwait Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah discussed Saturday bilateral ties and issues of mutual interest with Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Antonio Vitorino.
