Kuwait City: President of the Kuwaiti Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) Dr. Adel Bouresli called an emergency council meeting on Tuesday to discuss Amiri subjects and directives. The focus of the meeting is on recent instructions and orders delivered by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah during his meeting with members of the judicial authority on Sunday evening.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Justice Ministry stated in a press release that the Amir has instructed the judicial authority to immediately nationalize judicial posts, make decisions on cases, ensure justice, and avoid similar rulings.
