– Military conscripts in Kuwait will have to submit their documents through an online application portal to replace in-person attendance, as the country moves to overhaul its recruitment process, the General Staff of the Army said on Monday. All persons who have reached the minimum military enlistment age (18 and above) are required to submit their data online, which will be linked to the “Kuwait Mobile ID” application as part of the verification process, according to a military statement.
