– Kuwait’s shooting federation said on Sunday that the progress it has made was acknowledged in a letter it received from the International Shooting Sport Federation, attributing the development to the recent success of its athletes.

The letter also extended an invitation to three of Kuwait’s top shooters to take part in an upcoming international contest slated for early October in Cyprus, federation chief Saudb Al-Otaibi said.

He said the Kuwaiti athletes’ success would not have been possible without the support given by the country’s political leaders, adding that such support would help them strive for more progress.
