– Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry on Sunday strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a security checkpoint in Egypt’s northeastern governorate of Ismailiya, which led to a number of victims and injuries.

In a press statement, the ministry reiterated Kuwait’s position against violence and terrorism, affirming Kuwait’s solidarity with Egypt in the face of this terrorist act.

It also expressed condolences to the victims’ families and wished speedy recovery for the injured.
