KHARTOUM– A Kuwaiti delegation, led by Chairman of Kuwait’s Supreme Judicial Council and the Cassation Court Justice Yousef Al-Mutaw’a, arrived on Saturday in Sudan to discuss means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the judiciary field.
The visit aims to boost the frameworks of bilateral cooperation between the judicial authorities of the two sides, and to be briefed on Sudan’s judicial experiment, Al-Mutawa’, also chairman of Constitutional Court, told KUNA in a statement.
The talks also will focus on efforts of bilateral cooperation, especially after the two countries had agreed on the formation of a joint judicial commission to set bilateral cooperative programs, he said.
Upon arrival, Al-Mutawaa and his accompanying delegation were received by president of Sudan’s national supreme cour Justice Haider Dafallah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to Sudan Bassam Al-Qabandi and some members of the diplomatic mission.
