Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, returned home early on Friday from Saudi Arabia, upon an official invitation by Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

The Defence Ministry’s Public Relations Department, in a statement, said that, Sheikh Nasser was received, and held talks on ways to further bolster brotherly ties with King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

Furthermore, Sheikh Nasser conveyed greetings of the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to the Saudi Monarch, before attending a luncheon banquet held in his honour and the high-ranking delegation accompanying him.

Also, during the visit, Sheikh Nasser and the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammad Bin Salman, held talks on the latest regional developments.

The Kuwaiti senior official arrived in Riyadh yesterday (Thursday) and was received at King Salman Air Base Airport, by Prince Turki Bin Mohammad Bin Fahad Bin Abdulaziz, Adviser at the Royal Court, Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Kingdom, Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and a number of Saudi officials.
