KUWAIT, June 19 (KUNA) – His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to Secretary-General of Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) Maha Al-Barjas on electing her as vice-president of International Federation of Red Cross and Crescent Societies (IFRC) for the region of Asia and pacific ocean.

His Highness the Amir praised Al-Barjas achievement and wished her success in the new position.

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables.
