Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the President of Singapore, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, congratulating him on the success of the 14th parliamentary election.

According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for the well-being of the President of Singapore and hoped for further prosperity for the country.
