Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah has congratulated, via phone, Maldives counterpart Abdulla Shahid on election as a president of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
In his phone conversation on Monday, Sheikh Ahmad, also minister of state for cabinet affairs, wished Shahid every success in his mission.
He also expressed readiness to cooperate with Shahid for supporting the UNGA activities in all domains, particularly the implementation of the UN sustainable development goals and promoting of multilateral actions.
