Kuwait’s Qadsia beat Qatar’s Al-Arabia in Asian Handball Championship

Kuwait’s Qadsia defeated their Qatari counterparts AL-Arabia (24-16) in the Group A match of the 24th Asian Men’s Club League Handball Championship in the Indian city of Hyderabad. Qadsia are leading the group with five points and 21-goal difference after defeating T-Sports of India (37-24) and maintaining draw against Saudi’s Al-Noor (29-29) in earlier matches.

The Qatari side Al-Arabia came in the second position with four points and 16 goal difference after defeating Al-Noor of Saudi Arabia (29-24) and T-Sports of India (38-19) in earlier matches, while Saudi’s Al-Noor are trailing in third with three points and two goals, followed by T-Sports with zero points Bahrain’s Al-Najma top group B with four points and seven-goal difference as they defeated Iran’s Mes Kerman (31-25) and Kuwait’s al-Kuwait (30-29). Al-Kuwait are in the second position with two points and nine goals after crushing Al-Wakrah of Qatar (33-23) while going down to Bahrain’s al-Najma (29-30). Qatar’s Al-Wakrah are in the third position with two points and seven minus goals, while Iran’s Mes Kerman are trailing the list with zero points nine minus goals. Al-Kuwait club will take on Mes Kerman while Al-Najma will play against Al-Wakrah on Monday.
