– Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Monday called on citizens and expats to comply with the decisions made by the Cabinet, abide by health requirements and avoid gatherings at the public places.

This aims to maintain the societal health in light of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the ministry’s security media and public relations department said in a press statement.

The ministry pointed to the latest statistics issued by the Ministry of Health that show a noticeable rise in coronavirus infections, it added, noting that “the rise poses a danger to the safety of all”
