Nuwair paints yellow Kuwait’s desert

Like clockwork every year, Al-Nuwair; a flowering plant of the Daisy family (Senecio glaucus, Latin) breaks through the barren land of Kuwait’s desert to bring joy, beauty and a vivid yellow color to the passerby.

Al-Nuwair can be seen in Kuwait during January and February almost anywhere where there is soil as it needs no human intervention but a bit of rain only.
