) — Romanian State Secretary for Global Affairs and Diplomatic Strategies Cornel Feruta stressed Sunday his country’s keenness to enhance cooperation with Kuwait in various fields.

This came during his meeting with Kuwait Ambassador to Romania Talal Al-Hajri.

Following a letter received from Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah to Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu, Feruta said relations between Kuwait are constantly developing in many fields.

For his part, Ambassador Al-Hajri told KUNA in a phone call that they discussed issues of common interest, in addition to the latest developments regarding the case of Kuwaiti citizen Mohammad Al-Baghli, who has been missing in Romania since August 2015, and urged the relevant Romanian authorities to exert more efforts to revel his fate.
