The MP of the Finance Committee, Mustafa Sanad, announced that the Council of Ministers decided to send a fourth loan, worth of (400) billion dinars, for the benefit of the Kurdistan Region.

He added, in a tweet on Twitter, that the total sums transferred in favor of the region as loans for this year are (1.6) trillion dinars.
