Saudi Arabia to Participate in Bowling Tournaments at Special Olympics World Games in Germany

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be taking part in the bowling tournaments of the 16th World Summer Games, set to be held in the German capital of Berlin from June 17-25, 2023. Two Saudi bowlers will be representing the country alongside 29 other male and female bowlers from the Middle East and North Africa, as well as 280 bowlers from various countries around the world.

The Technical Committee, headed by the Director General of Sports and Training for the Regional Presidency, Dr. Imad Mohieldin, stated that 14 countries from the region will be participating in the bowling event. It was further emphasized that bowling is one of the most developed and widely practised sports in the Special Olympics.
