Beirut: At least six people were killed and two others wounded in an air attack by the Israeli occupation forces on a mountainous area in eastern Lebanon on Saturday. The airstrike targeted the Shaara area, near Janta town, along the borders with Syria, with rescuers rushing to the site of the attack.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the attack is yet another violation of the ceasefire deal reached by the Israeli occupation authorities and the Lebanese Hezbollah group on November 27, 2024.
