National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim said, Monday, that two Amiri decrees were issued to grant pardon to some Kuwaitis convicted in previous cases.
In a statement, Al-Ghanim thanked His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for his confidence in assigning him and heads of the executive and judicial authorities to submit the initial pardoning report.
