Tanzanian Amb. acclaims Kuwait’s humanitarian role around world

Tanzanian Ambassador to Kuwait Saeed Musa extolled Kuwait’s humanitarian and relief role internationally, especially in the African continent.

Speaking to KUNA Monday following his meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) Anwar Al-Hasawi, Musa expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Kuwaiti leadership and people in the field of charitable and humanitarian aid to all people around the world.

He underlined the depth of the Kuwaiti-Tanzanian historical ties, calling for strengthening and developing the partnership between KRCS along with charitable and humanitarian societies in Tanzania, especially in the field of training, relief, women’s health and child care.

For his part, Al-Hasawi affirmed KRCS’ keenness to provide humanitarian aid through development projects that contribute to rebuilding impacted communities worldwide, adding that the association is an integral part of the humanitarian and charitable work system in Kuwait and one of the most essential initiators in responding to calls for humanitarian relief.

During the meeting, Al-Hasawi reviewed the humanitarian and relief work provided by KRCS inside and outside Kuwait, expressing happiness over Musa’s visit to thoroughly see the efforts of the association
