The Saudi Minister of Transport: We are looking forward to a promising future for more projects that serve our countries and our peoples

The Saudi Minister of Transport and Logistics revealed an aspect of joint cooperation between Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve the two brotherly countries and peoples.

Minister Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser said, in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA), that “the relations between the two brotherly countries are strong and well-established, as they witness many qualitative leaps, including constructive cooperation projects.”

He added, “The meetings of the Saudi-Iraqi Coordination Council in the city of Jeddah last week, in the presence of ministers and officials, produced a package of fruitful cooperation programs and projects, starting with the opening of the (New Arar) port and increasing the number of flights, leading to cooperation in the sectors of education, health, agriculture, investment, and electrical connection, as well as a package of other projects of mutual benefit to the two countries.”

The Saudi minister concluded by saying: “We are looking forward to a promising future for more projects that serve our peoples and reflect the interests of our two countries.”
