WASHINGTON, President Donald Trump spoke Tuesday with British Prime Minister Theresa May as the White House continues coordinating an allied response to the deadly chemical attack in Douma, Syria, over the weekend.
“Both leaders condemned Syrian President (Bashar Al) Assad’s vicious disregard for human life,” said a White House announcement.
“The President and Prime Minister agreed not to allow the use of chemical weapons to continue,” the statement said. (end) rm.ibi
