ABU DHABI, The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday hosted the first tripartite meeting with Cyprus and Greece to discuss joint relations and ways of boosting cooperation among the three countries in all fields.
The meeting, which was held in Abu Dhabi, was attended by UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Cyprus’ Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides and Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias, said WAM news agency in a statement.
The meeting also discussed a number of regional and international issues such as Syria, Iraq, Libya, Turkey and Iran.
During the meeting, the three sides exchanged views on the latest developments in the region, as well as ways of enhancing relations between the three countries for the benefit of their peoples, it added.
