The Federal Police arrested 15 defendants, including a woman, wanted according to various legal provisions in Baghdad.
A statement by the Federal Police Command stated: The forces of the First Division, Federal Police, arrested 15 defendants accused of various legal matters, including (murder, theft, quarreling, building on agricultural lands, shooting, and possession of unlicensed weapons), in the areas of (Nahrawan, Al-Kargouliya, Al-Mashtal, Diyala Bridge, Al-Zafaraniyah, Al-Mada’in, and Baghdad).
He added that weapons were seized during a search operation carried out by units of the Second Brigade in the (Nahrawan) area, namely 9 rifles of different types and a pistol, noting that the defendants with the seized items were duly referred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal and investigative procedures against them./End
