Baquba – A security force arrested four people accused of tearing down electoral posters for candidates.

A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency /NINA: “A security force arrested four people accused of tearing down posters of candidates, on an agricultural road south of Baquba.”

He added: “The detainees were transferred to a security center to complete their investigations and reveal the parties behind them,” noting that the Diyala Police began implementing a plan to tighten procedures regarding electoral propaganda, in order to monitor any cases of intentional disruption or sabotage.
