Acting Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah discussed latest developments in all Kuwaiti army’s units with members of the military defense council on Monday.

They also reviewed future plans and strategies, as well as perspectives on several issues relating to the armed forces, said a press statement issued by the General Staff of the Kuwait Army after the meeting, which was attended by top brass Lieu. Gen. Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah.

Sheikh Hamad affirmed keenness of the defense ministry to work in line with directives of the country’s political leadership that backs and encourages its sons in the army, in recognition of their efforts to maintain security, stability and territorial integrity of the homeland, it added.
