Al-Sudani presides over the cabinet session to discuss the general situation in the country

The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, chaired today, Tuesday, the 33rd regular session of the Council of Ministers, to discuss the general situation in the country, discuss the basic files included in the government’s priorities, and make decisions and recommendations regarding those on the agenda of the session.

According to a statement by the Prime Minister’s Media Office, “During the session, the ideas and proposals submitted by the youth to the Prime Minister at the National Conference for Youth Dialogue held in Baghdad were approved, and they were discussed in the special session held by the Council of Ministers last Saturday on the occasion of International Youth Day, especially with a number of youth issues that would support and support young people and enable them to play their role in the country, and these ideas and proposals will be published at a later time.”

The office added: “Based on the directives of the Prime Minister, with regard to completing the procedures for the new Sadr City project, the Cabinet approved the transfer of the Ministry of Finance ownership of the plot of land number (72/2 m11), (Tulul al-Nass) and its area is (294 dunums and 18 square meters), whose ownership belongs to the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works / Ashur General Company for Construction, to the Municipality of Baghdad, to construct a residential complex in accordance with the amended Expropriation Law (12 of 1981)./ End
