– Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi met Sunday Mamadou Sow, head of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

During the meeting, the two sides discussed some aspects of bilateral relations between Kuwait and the delegation, and means of promoting bilateral cooperation
