Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi received Monday Russia’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Nikolai Makarov.

During the meeting, both sides touched on bilateral ties between the two friendly countries and ways to boost cooperation at various levels.
