Dubai: ONMT Signs Partnership Agreements with Groups Working in Tourism Sector

The Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) signed partnership agreements with several groups and organizations working in the field of tourism, on the sidelines of the Arabian Travel Market, which wrapped up Thursday in Dubai.

These agreements, which also include the Indian and Australian markets, aim to double the number of tourist trips to Morocco from the Gulf countries and the region by 2026.

The ONMT signed a partnership agreement with the group “Wego”, the Singaporean descriptive search engine based in Singapore and Dubai, which operates 76 sites or countries in more than 22 languages and local currencies.

The Office also entered into a partnership agreement with “Cozmo Travel”, which has 90 agencies in the region, and is committed to organizing travel for travelers to India, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

At the level of Asian markets, the ONMT inked a partnership agreement with the group “Nirvana Travel and Tourism”, which includes the organization of training seminars for tourism professionals on the Indian market, and another in Morocco, Spain and Portugal, as part of the joint bid for the organization of the World Cup 2030.

In addition, the ONMT concluded an agreement with the Japanese giant “Miki Travel”, which is considered one of the pioneers and providers of travel services in Asia, and has experience and expertise in offering an integrated range of travel and excursion products.

In the Australian market, the Office signed an agreement with the “Interpid Travel” group, which specializes in organizing nature and adventure trips, as well as another agreement with the main players in the tourism field in the region and digital specialists.

These are the travel agency on the electronic platform “Rehlat”, which is present in 11 countries, and which won the title of best travel agency in the United Arab Emirates in 2021 in the activities of the “World Travel Award”, and the group of organization of travel and tours “Capital Travel”, the main provider of travel solutions, which, under the agreement concluded, committed to schedule trips to Morocco from the Gulf countries.
